At WaterChef, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Your total satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for an exchange or a FULL refund within 60 days of your original purchase date. WaterChef will even pay for the return shipping for returns that are in the contiguous U.S. (NOTE: Products returned must be in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.)
Steps for Returning Merchandise within 60 Days of Purchase:
- Call us toll-free at 1.800.879.8909 (M-F, 8-5 PST) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please be prepared to supply your order ID and purchase date. (IMPORTANT: Returns will NOT be processed without an RMA number.)
- It is your responsibility to protect all items being returned from damage and abrasion that can be caused by vibration during shipping. Carefully re-package the product in the original shipping carton. (Be sure to include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories. IMPORTANT: Failure to include all items may result in a partial refund.) We recommend wrapping items individually in a non-abrasive material such as bubble wrap or plastic wrap, and then several times with newspaper. Be certain the item(s) do not shift once they are sealed in shipping carton. Insert additional newspaper where needed to insure items will not shift during shipping.
- Include a copy of the original purchase receipt with the returned merchandise.
- We will provide you with a pre-paid domestic mailing label to return your merchandise to WaterChef.* (Free return shipping applies to contiguous U.S. purchases only.)
- Upon receipt by WaterChef, all returned items will be inspected for completeness and determination of condition. Once approved, a credit will be posted to your credit card within 3-5 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 10 additional business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
*Please note that shipments must be sent from within the Contiguous United States in order to use pre-paid labels.
