WaterChef’s Response to COVID-19
To our WaterChef family,
As the effect of coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, WaterChef is committed to the health and safety of our customers and employees, as well as serving our community. We’ve been closely monitoring the changing situation, and in accordance with direction provided by the Governor of Nevada, we’ve opted to temporarily close our Reno, NV manufacturing facility. This will take effect by close of business, Friday, March 20, 2020.
Fulfillment Service Status
We will continue to ship orders to our customers, but with a more limited capacity. Please know that we are doing everything we can to continue to ship all orders quickly and safely, however, current delivery times are running longer than usual.
While these measures are being taken to ensure that we are part of the solution rather than the problem, we understand that this will impact our customers and would like to apologize in advance for any inconvenience experienced during this time.
As new information becomes available, we will respond swiftly and appropriately. While the circumstances continue to change, we will modify our operations as necessary to ensure that we are doing what’s best for all our stakeholders. We thank you for your patience and cooperation in this time. Be assured that WaterChef is committed to taking care of our customers, employees and to our mission of providing quality water filtration and exceptional service.
