WaterChef’s Response to COVID-19
To our WaterChef family,
As the effect of coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, WaterChef is committed to the health and safety of our customers and employees, as well as serving our community. We’ve been closely monitoring the changing situation, and in accordance with direction provided by the Governor of Nevada and published health guidelines, we have resumed production with included measures to maintain social distancing.
Fulfillment Service Status
We can now ship orders to our customers with no issue. Please know that we are doing everything we can to continue to ship all orders quickly and safely, however, current delivery times are running longer than usual due to extended times with carriers.
As new information becomes available, we will respond swiftly and appropriately. While the circumstances continue to change, we will modify our operations as necessary to ensure that we are doing what’s best for all our stakeholders.
