Product CommentsI have no problem with the filter, the water that come through this filter taste great. However, I am having problems with the black box that monitor the water flow and cannot get anyone on the phone to correct it for me. Now this is my second filter I have purchased, I have never had problems like this before, if someone does not call me back soon, I will have to say don't buy any product from WaterChef there is no service.

NO. While it does have a limited ability to reduce fluoride, it is very dependent upon the pH of the water. If you have had your water tested and find that fluoride is a major concern for you, we recommend finding a reputable manufacturer for either a reverse osmosis or distillation system. Be sure that the system has been independently tested and certified by IAPMO, WQA, or NSF for fluoride reduction.
