TrueHome UV ELITE Whole Home Water Purifier System, 10 GPM 
The literature online about my order's filtration abilities was different from what was enclosed. The one enclosed did not mention filtration of PFAS/PFOAS. I emailed and inquired about the discrepancy because I wanted to be sure the product did what was advertised online. I was told that the enclosed specs were older and what was online was the most updated. I followed up and was informed the literature that comes with the product will be updated to make sure other customers will not encounter the same discrepancy.

While the filtration system and cartridge formulation have not changed, our NSF/ANSI certifications for PFOA/PFOS and microplastics reduction were added more recently. The performance data sheet included with your order reflects an older printed version, but rest assured, the product you received is fully certified for the updated claims, including effective reduction of PFOA/PFOS as advertised. For additional peace of mind, you can also verify all certification claims directly online through our independent third-party certification partner, IAPMO R&T.

This product brought peace of mind after a high PFOA/PFAS report in my area. Now I’m confident that the water I am drinking and cooking with is much better for my family and my pets.
The filters I ordered don't fit/are the wrong filters. I requested a return label on 9/3/25 but haven't received the label yet. It's been two weeks since I requested to return the filters.

I was glad about the price! However, the filters didn’t fit my Samsung model RS277ACRS refrigerator. I contacted customer support by email on 9/3/25 and was told that a return label had been requested and would be sent to me by email. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t received the return label. I would really love to order the filters that actually fit but with how long it’s taking to get the return label, I not sure how long it will take to receive a credit and reorder the correct filter.
